Due to the perishable nature of our custom baked goods, all sales are final once the order is baked or picked up.

We understand plans change, so if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at least forty-eight hours before your scheduled date.

If you are not completely satisfied with your treats, please reach out immediately so we can make it right.
